Finally... after a very long wait, it's finally time to reveal the cover of my fourth and final books of "The Aethon Chronicles", Prophet of Theos!
I confess, I'd actually designed the cover a few months ago... and been waiting for a good time to reveal it.
Side Note:
Before I would write my first draft of any book, I would design (or try to) the book cover first. As a visualizer, the cover helps me get into the mood of the story before I write. It's the same principle I use whenever I look for my next read.
So without further ado, here is the cover: (TADA!)
Official Blurb:
A land in conflict. A perilous uprising to decide its fate.
Titus, a young stallion, lives with outcasts, stealing to survive in their divided homeland: Aethon and Archippus. When a devastating tragedy leaves him reeling, he is summoned by the Sovereign Creator to confront the rulers of Archippus for corruption. He obeys, only to have his warnings ignored and an endless darkness fall on the entire realm.
Branded as a fugitive, Titus is forced into hiding. As hatred and strife drive the horses further apart, their enemies the cevervisteeds threaten to invade both kingdoms. With the fate of his kind resting on his back, Titus must follow Theos’s cryptic guidance on a path wrought with trials. The only path that can reunite and restore Aethon to its one true destiny.
COMING March 21, 2025!
Pre-Orders will be live January 2025!
(NOTE: Amazon won't support pre-orders through my current distributor. Only on release date will Amazon links be available.)
I must admit, this book, compared to the previous three books, was the TOUGHEST to write! Many times, I tried to drop the project altogether and move on with a trilogy. But... Papa-God encouraged me not to give up. That Titus's story needed to be told.
So... like every other writer, I pushed through. After nearly FOUR years since The Horse Queen was released-- four years of life events, writing other stories, struggling through a major lack in writing, then slowly getting back into writing... The Prophet of Theos is about to join its book siblings into the wild.
There are still some final revisions needed to be done in these next coming months, but I'm hoping and praying that Papa-God will help me finally complete this epic series. Just as He done so with my children's series!
Can't wait for you to embark on this adventure with Titus. He's interesting and a lot of fun to write! Just as interesting as Demetrius (of The Guardian) yet almost as fun as Leon (of King of Aethon!) (But Sophia of The Horse Queen remains my favorite! Don't tell the others.)
Come mid-February will be a special countdown to launch day... with A-Z blog posts featuring all the inspirations behind "The Aethon Chronicles"!
Blessings, and happy reading!
PS: Be on the lookout for ANOTHER "Aethon" cover reveal! My hope is to have this one released a few months before "Prophet of Theos"... as a potential free gift on my newsletter!
