Hello, fellow readers! I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving with family and friends! The year is almost over. Thanksgiving may be over (along with the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales), but Christmas is drawing near!

And no, this is not an "official" blog post, but a rather late one (as in FOUR MONTHS late).

A while back in August, I finally finished the first (or rather second) draft of my Western fantasy WIP novel. I announced it in my newsletter before I had to let it go.

To my utter shock, I forgot to post it here on my blog — WHOOPS!

So, here's the title for my new upcoming Western fantasy novel:

Short Blurb:

When a young woman, bound to a wheelchair, forms a rare bond with a wild winged filly, the pair enters a grueling, nationwide race for a chance to soar the skies.

Is this another series, you might ask? The answer: Yes!

The Heartbond Legacy will be a duology (2 books)... plus a companion novella!

As fun— and EXHAUSTING— as it was creating two, four-book series, I've been wanting to write a duology. At first, Rider of Wind & Sky was going to be a standalone. Until snippets of a sequel began to creep into my brain. So here you have it! However, both books can definitely stand on their own.

The plan is to have Rider of Wind and Sky released sometime next summer, so be on the lookout for a cover reveal and the full blurb with the official date!

I, for one, can’t wait to share this beautiful book with you!
